I have tried riding a bike exactly 2 Christmases ago. I never imagined that it would be easy and that I would be able to control my balance in a few minutes. I actually enjoyed that bicycle ride and want to get our own bike. I think it would be great to be able to ride the bike together as a family. We can get kuat racks to ensure that we would safely be able to bring our bikes to different locations. It would truly be a wonderful Christmas gift! Something that could foster family bonding and promote an active lifestyle too!

I have been waiting for my postcards to arrive for more than 2 months now and I doubt if they will ever arrive. Our post office used to be efficient in delivering our letters and even the registered mails. But these past 3 months have been really bad for me. I have only received 1 postcard. I have been waiting for my postcards and letters from direct swaps and every day, I get more and more sad, knowing that I may never receive those postcards anymore.

Thus, I am actually losing interest in swapping postcards for now.

On rainy days like today, I wish for electric blankets which can warm me up. I also think of drinking hot chocolate and curling up on the couch to read a good book or watch a good movie. I know! I am really such a couch potato!

On rainy days like today, I love looking back at how blessed I have been. God has wondrously given me all I need, and even beyond. He truly knows what is best for me!

On rainy days like today, I remember friends from yesteryears who I no longer get to see, I wish them all well and want them to know that they are being thought of at this very moment. They made a difference in my life!
